With QQ Image Editor HD you can draw right in the same way as you do with Skitch, although you don’t get the nice looking arrows that you get with Skitch. You can put some vomit inducing borders around your photographs, or you could use the collage feature within this iPad photo edit application, that actually looks quite cool.
You do also get the facility of being able to use some fairly decent looking filters, that are probably more usable than the Instagram filters. You can say about your edited image to your photo roll and from there you can share the photos edited with the QQ Image Editor HD. The only other share option that is available direct from within QQ is really only suited for Chinese users of the iPad.
