Not sure that I fancy the hassle of keeping a Hackintosh up and running but there are people that like the fiddling and messing that goes with the territory. Every time there is s new update to the operating system you have to wait until you have enough information about whether the new broom will undo all of your setting up of a machine that you could build as a cheap alternative way of running the Mac OX or go for something that will be a speedy as you can make a computer . Maybe some people will do that if Apple drop the Mac Pro. Maybe Apple will licence the OS for specialised computers like that.
